城市提供人們居住與生活的理想環境，也同呈現了複雜的人文風貌與宏偉建築景觀。城市也在全球化的驅動下快速轉變。而我們身處其中又是如何感受這一切的總總面向。 吳尚霖將在這次展出同時發表與智利藝術家瓦倫提那瑟拉蒂共同合作的錄像作品與另ㄧ個與民族國小美術班合作的回家計畫。將透過這些作品對目前所生活的城市台北作一連串影像的空間旅行與對話 。

Shanglin Wu Residency Presentation
Featuring Works in collaboration with Valentina Serrati & Art Students of Taipei Municipal Minzu Elementary School
City offers us comfortable living environment, but also appears its complicated cultural layers and spectacle landscape. Under the fast changing by the globalization, how we feel and live in the city’s various dimensions?
Shanglin Wu is goiong to present his new projects in this exhibition collaborated with Chili Artist Valentina Serrati, and his another project « On the way home project» with art students of Taipei Municipal Minzu Elementary school. He’s going to show a series of image of travels & conversations through these video works.
